Using the Report an Issue Feature
If you encounter a problem with the content of your trips or activities, the Report an Issue feature allows you to easily notify us. This ensures that we can address any issues promptly and improve the app experience for everyone.
Steps to Report an Issue
Open the MagicMiles app and navigate to the Trip Details or Activity Details screen where you encountered the issue. On the Trip Details screen, tap the "..." button in the top right corner and select "Report an Issue" from the dropdown menu. On the Activity Details screen, scroll down and select "Report an Issue" from the activity actions.
Once you have filled out the form, tap "Continue" to send your report. Our team will review the information and work to resolve the issue promptly.
Providing Feedback or Suggestions
If you have feedback or suggestions for improving the app that are not related to specific trips or activities, please reach out to us by clicking on the chat icon in the bottom right corner and then "Contact us".
Provide a detailed description of your feedback or suggestion and include any relevant screenshots or additional information that can help us understand and address your concern.
