This guide provides instructions on how to manage your MagicMiles subscription, including updating payment methods, canceling your subscription, and handling refunds. Note that subscriptions are managed through Apple or Google and must be canceled via their respective platforms.

Updating Payment Method

To update your payment method, you will need to do this through the App Store (for iOS users) or the Google Play Store (for Android users). Follow the steps below:

For iOS Users:

  • Open the Settings app on your iPhone

  • Tap on your name at the top of the screen

  • Select "Payment & Shipping"

  • Add, update, or remove your payment methods as needed

For Android Users:

  • Open the Google Play Store app

  • Tap on the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner

  • Select "Payment Methods"

  • Add, update, or remove your payment methods as needed

Canceling Your Subscription

Subscriptions are managed through Apple or Google, and must be canceled via their platforms. Here’s how you can cancel your subscription:

For iOS Users:

  • Open the Settings app on your iPhone

  • Tap on your name at the top of the screen

  • Select "Subscriptions"

  • Find and tap on "MagicMiles"

  • Tap "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation

For Android Users:

  • Open the Google Play Store app

  • Tap on the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner

  • Select "Subscriptions"

  • Find and tap on "MagicMiles"

  • Tap "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation

Requesting a Refund

Refunds for subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google. You will need to request a refund through the respective platform:

For iOS Users:

  • Open the App Store on your iPhone

  • Tap on your profile picture in the top right corner

  • Select "Purchased" and find "MagicMiles"

  • Tap on "Report a Problem" and follow the instructions to request a refund

For Android Users

  • Open the Google Play Store app

  • Tap on the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner

  • Select "Order History"

  • Find "MagicMiles" and tap "Report a Problem"

  • Follow the instructions to request a refund
